We offer appointments usually within two working days 

If we do not have your spare part in stock then it normally takes just a couple of days from our excellent suppliers, and you will not  be charged for 2 calls.

All our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of completion. Although a claim is very uncommon, please keep your receipt.

We are fully insured for everyone's peace of mind *

In the event that your appliance is beyond economical repair then we are able to offer a replacement machine quickly and will deliver and install and remove the old machine all in the price. Please visit our sales page for more information.
