If October were a person, I'm pretty sure they would be quite moody. Its such a strange month – sometimes sunny and warm, and other times feeling more like winter. We quite often go away in October half term and you never know what clothes to pack, but you do know you'll probably need wellies at some point. October can carry the last throws of summer whilst heralding the arrival of the darker, colder and probably better months!

And change is happening here at Browns as Phil finally retires at the end of the month and David takes on the reins of the business. In fact, he has been doing that for a while now, and we are very confident that Browns Domestic Appliances will continue for many more years in good hands. We will continue to give the excellent service that we have become known for, providing a repair service for washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, dishwashers, electric ovens and hobs and cookers. And of course our sales of all the aforementioned plus refrigeration will continue as normal, offering you the wealth of knowledge we have accumulated over the years to help you choose the correct appliance for you. As part of Phil's retirement it would be wonderful to hear from customers old and new who have any interesting memories or just want to wish him well.
